- This is a SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE to identify firms capable of providing all labor, material, equipment, supervision and transportation to replace windows and doors at USCG Station Charlevoix, Michigan. Major Items of Work are: 1.1.1 Remove and dispose of the existing, sliding aluminum windows, and install new single-hung and awning sash aluminum windows and new matching interior trim. 1.1.2 Remove and dispose of existing steel doors and frames as scheduled and install new steel doors, frames and hardware at these locations 1.1.3 Paint new steel doors and frames. Unit Work Items 1: Remove and dispose of existing steel door and frame and install new steel door, frame and hardware, and finish paint at the locations scheduled for the warehouse building. Unit Work Item 2: Replace 10 lineal feet of concrete curb at exterior perimeter of the warehouse building. Unit Work Item 3: Furnish new window air conditioning units as scheduled on the drawings. The prime contractor shall perform a minimum of 25% of the labor at the job site with employees from its own workforce. The NAICS Code for this project is 238350 with a size standard of $13.0.
