Description

This a 4 month bridge contract for existing Administrative Telephone Services at Fort Monmouth, New Jersey. The scope of work on this effort includes: administration; management; parts, supplies, tools and equipment other than GFE; and vehicles to o perate and maintain the Administrative Telephone System and cable plant at Fort Monmouth, NJ. This includes Switchboard Console Operations, Inside Plant, Customer Services (Telephone), and Outside Plant (Cable) required by the DOIM to support the organiza tions at Fort Monmouth. The contractor will provide technical and administrative coordination of inside plant (ISP), outside plant (OSP) and other on-base telephone activities and track and complete all telecommunications service orders. The contractor w ill also be responsible for operations and maintenance (O&M) of the Octel Voice Mail System, Call Accounting System, data input of Local Service Requests (LSR), cellular and wireless billing service, cable record changes, associated components and instrume nts into the Telephone Management System (TMS). The contractor may also be required to provide material, overtime, travel and training in support of requirements, as needed. Services will not exceed 120 days. Contractor will begin full performance of eff ort 1 December 2007.
