Description

The Seattle District, US Army Corps of Engineers, requires maintenance hydraulic dredging of approximately 140,000 cubic yards of sediment from the upstream settling basin on the Snohomish River, Everett, Washington. All dredged material shall be de posited onto an upland site owned by the City of Everett, known as the parcel 'O' disposal site, previously owned by Kimberly Clark. As part of the mobilization permiter diking will be required using onsite and dredged materials. The estimated cost rang e for this project is $500,000 to $1,000,000. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 237990 with a size standard of $18.5 million. This project is open to both large and small business. For the purposes of this procurement, a concern is considered a small business if its annual average gross revenue, taken for the last 3 fiscal years, does not exceed $18.5 million.
