Description: The United States Postal Service (USPS) wishes to pre-qualify suppliers who can develop, implement, manage, and analyze information for a national Employee Ethnicity and Race survey. The purpose of this project is to conduct a paper survey of Postal bargaining unit employees and non-career and temporary employees for ethnicity and race (approx. 700,000 surveys).
