Description: Provide and install transportation and supervision required to fabricate and install a new pre-cast concrete enclosure to house Rescue 21 equipment at USCG Sector North Carolina. Major Items of work include the following: 1.1 Fabricate and install a new pre-cast concrete enclosure to house Rescue 21 Equipment at USCG Sector North Carolina. 1.2 Sawcut and remove the existing pavement and concrete as shown and grade to depth as indicated. Place new crushed gravel base in the graded area and place new concrete pavement as shown. 1.3 Install new underground electrical service from the emergency power panel in the electrical equipment building to the new enclosure. Provide new steel conduit, fittings and wiring to connect the service panel in the new enclosure. 1.4 Install new underground conduit from the rear of the station building to the equipment enclosure. Replace the existing junction box and drill the station building wall to accept the conduit. All fittings and boxes shall be included. 1.5 Include all incidental work items not listed above and/or not shown on the drawings necessary to complete the project. The prime contractor shall perform a minimum of 25% of the labor at the job site with employees from its own workforce. The NAICS Code for this project is 238120 with a size standard of $13.0. The period of performance is 105 days. This procurement is estimated between $100,000.00 and $250,000.00. This procurement is a Total Small Business Set-Aside. Contractors must be registered in ORCA under the NAICS Code of 238120 to be eligible to receive the award. All responsible sources may submit an offer that will be considered by the agency.
