- PR Number(s): FD2030-08:70516 & 70796 NSN: 2840013226203PR HOUSING,OILSUMP,AI P/N: 1361M41G06, Description: Provides journal for outer race of number 5 bearing. The dimensions are a cone shaped item having an outside diameter of approximately 16.780 inches and an inside diameter of 6.230 inches and 7. inchesh wide. The material consists INCO 718, 321 SST and 347 SST. Applicable to the F110-129 Engine Destination: Tinker AFB, OK 73145 and FMS. Delivery starts 467 DARO. Anticipated Quantity Ranges are 11-20 each and 21-30 each. The best estimated quantity is 23 each, but the actual quantity wil be determined at the time of award. A Government First Article Test will be required if the contractor has not made this item within the last 36 months. Data is export controled. The solicitation/procurement data list is approved for release only to U.S. DoD contractors who are registerd and certified with the Defense Logistics Information Service (DLIS). Submission of DD Form 2345, Military Critical Technical Data Agreement, with your request for the solicitation is required as specified in the International Traffic in Arms Regulation (ITAR), 22 CFR Sections 121 through 128. The technical data will be posted on the www.fedteds.gov website and will not be available until the solicitation is posted. Note: An Ombudsman has been appointed to hear concerns from offerors or potential to hear concerns from the offerors or potential offerors during the proposal development phase of this acquisition. The purpose of the Ombudsmna is not to diminish the authority of the program director or contracting officer, but to communicate contractor concerns, issues, disagreements, and recommendations to the appropriate Government personnel. When requested, the Ombudsmon does not participate in the evaluation of proposals or in the source selection process. Interested parties are invited to call the Ombudsomn at (405)736-3273. Due to the complexity and criticality of this part, only actual manufacturers that have successfully completed all testing required by the original company responsible for the design, or manufacturers that have successfully completed all testing on items determined by the Government to be similar in complexity and criticality, can be considered approved sources for this item.
