- Southern Region Contracting Center East will issue a Request for Proposal for Full Food Services for NCO Academy located at Fort Stewart, Georgia. This requirement is 100% Small Business Set-Aside and is subject to the Randolph Sheppard Act allowing SLA participation. Requirement is for a one year base period plus four one year option periods. Request for Proposal will be issued on or around 3 December 2007 with an anticipated response date on or around 8 January 2008.
