Description
RD07282001/ BSM IQC07299009049. This is an Indefinite Quantity Contract for one NSN. This LTC will consist of the following NSN: 1670-01-068-4206, Sleeve, Ejection Seat Mortar Cover, manufactured IAW with Universal Propulsion Co, Inc. (Cage 51998) Drawing/Parts List J114846 Rev ?D?, and applicable supports. P/N is J114846-501. The thread shall be V-T-295, Type I or II, Class A, Size E. Export Control Applies. Configuration Control Applies. Surge Requirements Do Apply. Option to extend terms of contract is 48 months, duration of contract period 5 years with an estimated annual demand quantity of 1483 each per base year and 1483 each for the option years. Specifications, plans, or drawings relating to the procurement described are available and can be furnished by the Government. This is a Life Support Equipment item. Required delivery is 210 days ARO or best offer including First Article Testing by Government Required 60 days ARO, and Government Testing and Evaluation 90 days after receipt of First Article, Production time is 60 days ARO. FOB: DESTINATION Inspection and Acceptance at ORIGIN is required. Unrestricted, Automated Best Value System (ABVS): Full and open competition, more than one approved source. Any manufacturer other than the approved sources wishing to submit a proposal must submit a complete source approval package. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
