Description
SUBJECT: NORTH AMERICAN POWER ADVISORY SERVICE SUBSCRIPTION Description: The U.S. Department of Energy???s National Energy Technology Laboratory (NETL), Pittsburgh, PA intends to award a purchase order on a sole-source basis to the Cambridge Energy Research Association (CERA), Cambridge, MA for the North American Power Advisory Service Subscription for one year. The subscription to will provide services to all (DOE) employees and will include the following: unlimited access to research via the CERA website for the area; Internet access to CERA research and written reports; email notification of upcoming Roundtable Events and Client Conference Calls; and attendance for up to two delegates at both the Spring and Fall CERA North American Power Executive Roundtables. This purchase is being issued to the Cambridge Energy Research Association because this is the only vendor that provides the subscription required by the federal government. This request is considered to be sole source to Cambridge Energy Research Association (CERA). All responsible sources may submit a bid proposal, or quotation which shall be considered by this agency. Offerors shall provide sufficient technical literature, documents, etc, in order for the Government evaluation team to make an adequate technical assessment of the quote as meeting technical acceptability. Therefore, no solicitation will result from this announcement. This award shall be made using FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures. NAICS CODE IS 541990. All interested firms must respond to DE-RQ26-08NT00047 by 5:30 P.M. EST, December 14, 2007.
