- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for the purchase of laser gases for a CNC Laser Cutting Center. Commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitations. Quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation N00189-08-Q-PA48 is issued as a request for quote. Set-aside for small business. Please quote on all line items. Item 0001: Helium, HP Purity 99.996%, Grade 4.6 Qty. 12/Cyl. Stock number: 6830-LL-DM1-0978. Item 0002: Carbon Dioxide, Purity 99.995%, Grade 4.5 Qty. 2/Cyl. Stock number: 6830-LL-DM1-0979. Item 0003: Nitrogen, UHP Purity 99.999%, Grade 5.0 Qty. 4/Cyl. Stock number: 6830-LL-DM1-0981. Item 0004: Oxygen, HP Purity 99.95%, Grade 3.5 Laser Dewars Qty. 8/Cyl. Stock number: 6830-LL-DM1-0977. Item 0005: Nitrogen, HP Purity 99.996% Grade 4.6 Laser Dewars Qty. 200/Cyl. Stock number: 683 0-LL-DM1-0976. Item 0006: Purchase Nitrogen Dewar Item# 0010. 4/Cyl. Milstrip: N0010260756331. This is for a one year contract starting 01/01/2008 ? 12/31/2008. These are estimate quantities. Vendor will be called when product is requested. Delivery to Portsmouth Naval Shipyard, Kittery, ME. 03904, FOB Destination. This solicitation incorporated provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-18. Quotations shall include the vendors cage code, DUNs number, TIN (taxpayer identification number). Quotations shall be on company letterhead in company format and may be faxed to (207) 438-1251 ATTN: Nicholas Kulakowski. An original signed copy must be mailed to Portsmouth Naval Shipyard, Contracting Division, BLDG 153, 6th Floor, Code 530.NK, Portsmouth, NH 03801-2590 and are due no later than 12/07/2007 at 8:00am Local Time.
