Description

1)Note: Contact Point: Tom Pendleton Contract Specialist 617-788-0195. 2) Solicitation 1-JC-04-03 for the Operation of the Grafton Job Corps Center in Grafton, Massachusetts will be available on FedBizOps on February 27, 2004 and the Job Corps Web site at http://wdsc.doleta.gov/jobcorps. 3)The closing date for receipt of Proposals including but not limited to Written Technical Proposals Business Management Proposals, Subcontracting Plans, Staff Qualifications will be on or about May 3, 2004. Oral Presentations are tentatively scheduled the week of June 7, 2004. 4) A Preproposal conference and site walkthrough are scheduled for March 10 at 9:00am EST. 5) This is a cost reimbursement, incentive fee contract and will run from November 1, 2004 through October 31, 2006 with three unilateral option years. 6) The planned OBS for this Center is 300 students; 130 male residents, 130 female residents, 5 male non resident and 35 female non resident.
