- Notice of Contract Action. The United States Air Force (USAF), 79th Medical Wing (79th MDW), Air Force District of Washington (AFDW), Contracting Division (AFDW/A7KM), intends to award a sole source Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) contract to Diagnostic Stago, Inc. to provide two (2) Diagnostic Stago Coagulation Analyzers to be utilized by the 79th Medical Wing, Malcolm Grow Medical Center. The clinical laboratory requests a service contract with Diagnostic Stago, Inc. to perform routine maintenance and repairs for two (2) Diagnostic Stago Coagulation Analyzers. The plan covers recommended preventative maintenance, all labor, and travel expenses. All product hardware enhancements are included at no additional charge. All services will be performed on the instruments at Andrews AFB Laboratory. This announcement is not a request for competitive quotations. If you are capable of fulfilling this requirement, submit a capabilities statement and past performance information i.e., previous contracts and government POCs referencing F1D4527171A002, to Ms. Monica Ceaser, Contract Specialist, monica.ceaser.ctr@afncr.af.mil. If documents are sent via email, the contractor will be responsible for validating government receipt by calling the Contract Specialist at 202-767-7940. Documents submitted shall not be returned. No solicitation document is available and telephone requests for information will not be honored. NOTE: THIS NOTICE MAY HAVE POSTED ON FEDBIZOPPS ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (10-OCT-2007).
