Description: Pre-solicitation Notice W9127S-07-T-0021: This solicitation is Unrestricted under North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) Code 562991 (Septic Tank and Related Services). The small business size standard is $6.5 million. The solicit ation is for a firm fixed priced commercial performance based service contract to provide routine pump out services for a combination of types of septic systems to include septic tanks, portable toilets, mobile bag dump toilets, trailer tanks, vault toilet s and other holding tanks for areas covered by the Greers Ferry Project Office. The proposed contract will be issued for a base period of 1 February 2008 through January 31, 2009 and four annual option periods. Solicitation will be issued as a Request fo r Quotation (RFQ) utilizing Simplified Acquisition Procedures per FAR 13.5. This solicitation will be issued via Internet only on or about December 18, 2007. This solicitation will be issued via Internet only at the Armys Single Face to Industry Website (ASFI) on or about December 18, 2007. It is each offerors responsibility to download the solicitation from the internet website. No paper copies will be provided. Notification of amendments shall be made via the Internet as well. It is therefore the contractors responsibility to check the ASFI website daily for any posted changes to this solicitation.
