- The contractor shall furnish all depot level labor, facilities, tools, test equipment, and materials to overhaul the Servovalve, hydraulic, Input/Output NSN: 1650-01-263-7870; Input/Output P/N: 70410-02540-102. This is a 100% Small Business Set Asid e requirement. By US Law, participation in Small Business Set Asides are restricted to US Small Businesses; therefore, foreign requests for this solicitation will not be honored. The proposed contractual action will be a five-year, firm fixed price Indef inite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) type contract, with minimum quantity of 250 each, and maximum quantity of 4050 each. The maximum quantity includes a quantity of 800 each for Foreign Military Sales. The required production schedule is 60 per mon th. Input will be 30 days After Receipt of Order (ARO). The rehabilitation and reconditioning of parts, equipment, and components specified shall be in accordance with the specific instructions set forth in the Depot Maintenance Work Requirement (DMWR) 1 -1650-377, dated 15 September 2004. All responsible sources may submit an offer that may be considered by the agency. There will be no telephone or e-mail requests for proposals accepted. Requests will be by data fax to (256) 313-8194 or mailed only to: US Army Aviation and Missile Command, Bldg 5303, Redstone Arsenal, AL, 35898-5000, ATTN: AMSAM-AC-AL-M, Jessica Wilkerson, Contract Specialist, AMSAM-AC-AL-M, Janet Guyette, Contracting Officer. This requirement is currently unfunded. Award will be withh eld pending receipt of sufficient funds. Proposals will only be accepted by mail, no data fax or emails will be accepted. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adusted dependent upon the date of release of the solicitation; however, the solicitation will not close prior to the closing date stated above. See Note 1. NOTE: THIS NOTICE MAY HAVE POSTED ON FEDBIZOPPS ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (06-SEP-2007).
