- Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, transportation, supervision and disposal necessary to provide service and maintenance for the ventilation system associated with isolation rooms, bio cabinets and chemical hoods at the Providence VA Medical Center. This project is subject to the Service Contract Act. This solicitation is 100% set aside for small business. The applicable NAICS code is 561790 and the size standard is $6.5 (millions of dollars). Award will be based on the best value to the Government. Evaluation factors include price and past performance/similar experience. The solicitation package will be available on or about December 11, 2007. The date for receipt of quotations is scheduled for December 28, 2007 at 12:00 noon. All relevant solicitation documents may be accessed for download on the date of issue at the following website: http://www.fbo.gov. Any amendments to the solicitation will be posted solely to this web site. It is the responsibility of the offeror to verify the number of amendments issued.
