Description: The 23rd Contracting Squadron/LGCB plans to establish a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) for Repair and Maintenance of Helicopter Aircrew Breathing Devices (HABD) for a minimum 115 EA HABD bottles annually. The BPA will be for a period not to exceed 5 years. Please see Statement of Work for details on the services requested. Wage Determination WD 2005-2131 Rev 04 dated 29 May 2007 applies to this requirement.
