Description

The Committee for Purchase From People Who Are Blind or Severely Disabled (Committee), the Federal agency that oversees the Javits-Wagner-O?Day (Ability One) Program, is seeking a U.S. commercial manufacturer of Peel and Stick Non Skid traction materials, to partner with a selected nonprofit agency to furnish such products to the Federal Government under the Ability One Program. The products described must be 1) The Peel and Stick Non-Skid product must be available in fine resilient, medium resilient, general purpose, coarse and conformable surface textures. 2) The Non-Skid material must be available in clear, white, yellow, brown, black, and gray colors. 3) The Peel and Stick Non-Skid material must meet and/or exceed the FAR and other published Federal standards, including Executive Orders and applicable agency-unique requirements. To be considered for this commercial partner opportunity, the following criteria, at a minimum, must also be met:
