- This requirement is for MK142 Mod 0 300 Gr/Ft Low Hazard Flexible Linear Shaped Charges, MK143 Mod 0 600 Gr/Ft Low Hazard Flexible Linear Shaped Charges, MK144 Mod 0 1,200 Gr/Ft Low Hazard Flexible Linear Shaped Charges, MK145 Mod 0 2,400 Gr/Ft Low Hazard Flexible Linear Shaped Charges, and MK149 Mod 0 5,400 Gr/Ft Low Hazard Flexible Linear Shaped Charges. This will be an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity, 5-year, fixed-price contract. The Government requires minimum/maximum quantities 10,000 ft / 400,000 ft. These charges will be made in accordance with the Automated Data Lists (ADL?s) 53711-6736478D, 53711-6736479D, 53711-6736480D, 53711-6736481E, and 53711-6736482E, and associated drawings to be provided with the solicitation package. The Government will require First Articles. A safety survey will be required prior to award of the contract to ensure contractor compliance with the requirements of DFAR 252.223-7002 and 252.223-7003. Data deliverables are in accordance with DD1423?s. To be eligible for award, contractors must be registered in the Central Contractor Registry (CCR). The solicitation document contains information that has been designated as Militarily Critical Technical Data. Only businesses that are certified under the Joint Certification Program are authorized to receive the package. This acquisition is restricted to domestic sources. RDX, HMX and TNT will be restricted to the NTIB. Inspection will be at destination and final acceptance will be at destination. Delivery is required FOB Destination. The Government intends to award to the responsible contractor whose offer is the best value to the Government, considering past performance and price related factors.
