THIS ANNOUNCEMENT CONSTITUES THE ONLY SOLICITATION; PROPOSALS ARE BEING REQUESTED AND A WRITTEN SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE ISSUED. THE SOLICITATION DOCUMENT AND INCORPORATED PROVISIONS AND CLAUSES ARE THOSE IN EFFECT THROUGH FEDERAL ACQUISITION CICRULAR FAC 2005-18. THIS SOLICITATION IS ISSUED AS A RFQ. THIS ACQUISITION IS SET-ASIDE FOR SMALL BUSINESSES; NAICS: 811310 SIZE STANDARD: $6,500,000 CONTRACT LINE ITEM(S) 0001; QUANTITY - 7; U/I - Ea TYPE OF CONTRACT AWARD: FIRM FIXED PRICE DESCRIPTION OF REQUIREMENT: The Contractor shall provide all the labor, material, supplies, and return transportation necessary to rebuild seven Model 15SC-Q Matic drill motors in strict accordance with the incorporated Statement of Work. Scope: This statement of work details the rebuild of drill motors by the vendor. 2. Specification: a. The government will provide Model 15SC-Q-matic drill motors to the vendor. b. The vendor shall perform the following tasks for each motor: 1. Add coolant and lubricant system 2. Add cutter 3. Replace existing collet and mandrel 4. Recalibrate to 400 rpms. 5. Ensure motors are working properly after upgrades. NOTE: THIS NOTICE MAY HAVE POSTED ON FEDBIZOPPS ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (23-JUL-2007).
