Description: The Solicitation is issued as a 100% Small Business Set-Aside.This Invitation for Bid, Sealed Bid is for commercial construction services for Building 1202 East, East Elevation only, requires repair of EIFS at head of second floor windows, repair of cracks at the third floor area EIFS, re-finish third floor are EIFS, and clean out and caluk vertical joints at columns in accordance with Government Drawings and Specifications. Pl ease be advised that REPS and CERTS and OFFER Guarantee will be required at time of Bid Opening on 12 February 2008, at 1:30 PM EST.The magnitude for this effort is $250,000 to $500,000 IAW FAR 36.204. Contract award is subject to the availability of funds . The period of performance for this effort is 90 days. Liquidated Damages will be assessed at $110.00 per day for any unauthorized schedule overruns.The contractor will be required to provide a construction performance schedule (MS Project Format) and a S chedule of Values for Progress Payments prior to start of work.
