Description

Under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, it is the Government's intent to award a sole source procurement to Research Corporation Technologies, 5210 East Williams Circle, Suite 240, Tucson, AZ 85711-4410 for the annual License Fee for Pichia Expression Sy stem to produce recombinant proteins untilized in USAMRIID's vaccine and therapeutic programs. This License was previously procurred under award, W81XWH-06-P-0262. This is not a formal solicitation. This synopsis is not considered a Request for Quotatio n or Proposal. No Soliciation document is available and telephon request will not be honored. No Contract will be awarded on the basis of offeres received in response to this notice. Any response to this notice must show clear and convincing evidence th at competition would be advantageous to the Government. If not affirmative written response is received, the purchase will be awarded without further notice. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based on this notice is soley within the discretion of the Government.
