- The US Geological Survey intends to award a noncompetitive purchase order to Landmark Graphics of Houston, TX for software support and update services for their proprietary software (Promax, Geodata Loading, SeisWorks, TDQ and Openworks). The proposed contract action is for supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under authority of Federal Acquisition Regulation 6.302. Services will be provided in Menlo Park, CA. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals, but interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to this requirement to the Contracting Officer by e-mail (rdonez@usgs.gov) no later than the response date shown in this announcement.
