- 59 - SPARES OC-ALC/448 CBSG/PKP DIR CONTRACTING/PROPULSION 3001 STAFF DR STE 1AA2/113 TINKER AIR FORCE BASE OK 73145-3032. TF33 SWITCH ASSEMBLY SOL FA8104-08-Q-0010 Item 0001 NSN: 5930-00-451-3831 RV, P/N: 1433-663092. Item Description: Approximately 1" x 4". The Switch Assembly is a small circular resistor. Function is to provide the electric circuit to the 3 AMP actuator motor. Various metals Applicable to: TF33 Engine Delivery: On or Before 28 November 2008 Quantity: Min: 5ea and Max: 32 ea New Material Solicited. The approximate issue date of the solicitation will be 05 October 2007. The approximate response date of the solicitation will be 22 October 2007. The anticipated award date will be 15 November 2007. No telephone requests. Hardcopies of the solicitation will not be sent from this office. The solicitation will be available for download only at www.fbo.gov. It is anticipated that this requirement is sole-source to Ontic Engineering & Mfg. Inc. Qualification Requirements: Sources must be qualified prior to being considered for award. Award will be made only if the offeror, the product/service, or the manufacturer meets qualification requirements at the time of award in accordance with FAR clause 52.209-1. Note: While price will be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price and past performance factors as detailed in the solicitation. Note: An Ombudsman has been appointed to hear concerns from offerors or potential Offerors during the proposal development phase of this acquisition. The purpose of the Ombudsman is not to diminish the authority of the program director or contracting officer, but to communicate contractor concerns, issues, disagreements, and recommendations to the appropriate government personnel. When requested, the Ombudsman will maintain strict confidentiality as to source of the concern. The Ombudsman does not participate in the evaluation of proposals or in the source selection process.
