- PLEASE READ THIS ENTIRE NOTICE CAREFULLY AS IT CONSTITUTES THE ONLY NOTICE THAT WILL BE ISSUED. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information in this request. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. This procurement is being conducted under Federal Acquisition Regulation parts 12 and 13. The Federal Bureau of Investigation is issuing this acquisition as a Request for Quote (RFQ) under solicitation number 138491. The NAICS Code for this requirement is 517911, Telecommunications Resellers; with a size standard of 1,500 employees. This requirement is a 100% small business set-aside. The resultant contract will be a firm-fixed price contract. Brand name or equal items will be accepted. If an equal product is proposed then the quote must include to product specifications to show that it is an "equal" product. The requirement is for the following equipment: 1. The due date for responses to this RFQ is on or before December 20, 2007 at 2:00 pm Eastern Daylight Time. Responses must be marked as follows: "RFQ 138491." All correspondence regarding this requirement must be submitted to Lauren Yates via email. Quotes shall include a point of contact, contractor DUN's number and TIN number. This RFQ incorporates the provisions and clauses that are in effect through Federal Acquisition Regulation Circular 2005-22. The provision at FAR Clause 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors (Nov 2007) and addendum are incorporated into this solicitation.
