Description
Defense Supply Center Richmond, Land and Maritime Supply Chain Detachment, intends to establish a Corporate Contract for sole source, part-numbered items supplied by Oshkosh (Cage 45152) against Solicitation SPM4L1-08-R-0057. The acquisition will be solicited utilizing other than full and open competition under the negotiated method as required by FAR 6.302-1(a)(2), 100% Small Business Set Aside (SBSA). Currently the acquisition only encompasses 6 NSNs managed by DSCR. This IQC has multiple NSNs for FSCs 4010 (NAICS Code 332618), 5342 (NAICS Code 33251) , 5995 (NAICS Code 334419), and 6150 (NAICS Code 335931). There is potential at a later date to add NSNs managed by DSCR, DSCC and/or DSCP. It is anticipated that one award will be made against this solicitation. The resultant contract will be Firm Fixed Price Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) with a one-year period with provisions included to extend the term of the contract up to four (4) one-year periods. The Solicitation Number is SPM4L1-08-R-0057; IQC07352009010; RL07352001. The final contract award decision may be based on a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in this solicitation. Surge requirements apply to all 6 NSNs. A surge plan detailing how the surge quantity requirements will be met must be submitted along with offer. The solicitation will be posted to DIBBS at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil on or about January 28, 2008.
