- Description
- The US Dept of Energy, Western Area Power Administration (Western) may be constructing a new transmission line across private land in Sacramento, Placer and Sutter counties in the state of California. As part of that process, Western requires Preliminary Title Reports for an attached list of Assessor???s Parcel Numbers (APN???s). Contractor shall be able to service all three counties (Sutter, Placer and Sacramento Counties) in the state of California and not have separate title companies for each county. Preliminary Title reports must be complete by March 28, 2008 (except for parcels identified later). This requirement is designated for full and open competition.
