- USNS GRASP (T-ARS 51) Caterpillar Engine 10,000 hour service maintenance/repair for two of the ship?s Main Propulsion Caterpillar Diesel Engines (1A & 1B) and the Caterpillar Engine 20,000 hour service maintenance/repair for the ship?s Caterpillar Diesel Engine Generator (2SGA). Offerors must be OEM service maintenance certified. Work to be performed at the St. Helena Annex, Norfolk, VA 23523 on/about May 5---26, 2008. Estimated issue date for this solicitation is on/about January 14, 2008. After issuance, solicitation may be obtained by accessing the contracts section of the MSC website, http://www.msc.navy.mil
