- TITLE: AIS ELECTRONIC EQUIPMENT HARDWARE AND FABRICATION SOL: N66001-08-Q-4003 DUE 24 JAN 2008, 3:00 PM, LOCAL TIME IN PHILADELPHIA, PA NAICS: 334419 SPAWARSYSCEN ??? San Diego (SSC-SD) is seeking competitive quotations for to provide hardware and fabrication of electronic equipment in accordance with Government specifications. The equipment must be compliant with the attached Government-provided documentation for the Automatic Identification System (AIS). This is a combined synopsis/solicitation prepared in accordance with the FAR 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. "Numbered Note 1 applies, however, all offers received within 15 days (in lieu of 45 days) after date of publication of original synopsis will be considered by the Government." Interested parties are invited to respond. Include availability after receipt of an award in your quote. Questions: Include RFQ # N66001-08-Q-4003 in any questions/quote and e- mail to: rhea.feldman@navy.mil. Award will be based on lowest priced, technically acceptable quote received from small business concerns (100% Small Business Set-Aside), and award will be made on the best all or none quote (split award is not intended) offering an acceptable delivery. Quotes may be sent via fax or e-mail and must be received on or before the closing date; and shall include solicitation number N66001-08-Q-4003. Note that if quote is FOB Origin, estimated freight (shipping) must be included in your quote. No Request for Quotation (RFQ) will be prepared and no hard copy of will be made available. The North American Industry Classification (NAICS) Code is 334419 and the small business size standard is 500 employees. The RFQ will only be available electronically on the Space and Naval Warfare Systems Command E-Commerce Web Page at https://e-commerce.spawar.navy.mil under SSC SD - "Open Solicitations". Any amendments, when issued, will also be available only on this web site. The due date of the RFQ is 24 Jan 2008, 3:00 p.m., local time in Philadelphia.
