Description: Sandia National Laboratories, the lead engineering research and development laboratory for the Department of Energy, is seeking an organization to administer the National Institute for Nano-Engineering (NINE), which is anticipated to become a Discovery Science and Engineering Innovation Institute (DSEII) under the America COMPETES Act. Under this Act, NINE may have an annual budget of over $10,000,000 in three to five years, although it must be understood that NINE?s selection and budget are not certain.
