- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The contractor shall provide well balanced nutritious meals for Missouri Army National Guard attending training at Camp Clark, Nevada, Missouri and/or Camp Crowder, Neosho, Missouri. The contractor is responsible for meal planning, preparation, service and clean-up. The contractor shall provide all necessary subsistence and condiments, service paper or plastic products and labor for meal preparation. The facilities provided for service in clude kitchens which may be utilized for preparation. It is requested that interested contractors email the announcement point of contact, Rhonda Wilson at rhonda.wilson@us.army.mil, for a complete copy of the solicitation. No telephone calls please. The following factors shall be used to evaluate offers: Quality and variety of menu offerings, and the degree to which they meet the Governments requirements as set forth in this solicitation. If vendor is new to this agency, may be required to submit past performance references with your bid. This will be awarded on a best value basis .
