Description: The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Alaska District (USACE-POA) intends to award a (contract/task order) to support implementation of the Formerly Utilized Defense Sites (FUDS) Information Improvement Plan (FIIP). This effort involves digitizing proje ct file documentation. The quality of records varies from clean new documents to 1940s era poor quality carbon copies. Approximately 2-4% of documents are of poor quality. Ten % (10%) of the documents are considered odd sized (11x17 or larger).
