- NSN; 4720-00-933-1454. Estimated Annual Demand Quantity is 165. Unit of issue is EACH. FOB is Destination; INSPECTION & ACCEPTANCE are Destination. Delivery requested in 80 days ARO. All responsible sources may submit an offer/quote which shall be considered. See notes 12 and 26. The solicitation will be available in FedBizOpps on its issue date of January 18, 2008. Specifications, plans or drawings are not available. The proposed procurement contains an option to extend the contract period one or more times at the discretion of the government. The total duration (base year plus (4)four option years) shall not exceed five (5)years. This acquisition is for supplies for which the Government does not possess complete, unrestrictive data; therefore the Government intends to solicit and contract with only approved sources under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1). Approved sources are (32142) P/N H/A-7-REC-104L and (7H596) P/N 2213794-S. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, delivery, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. TYPE OF SET-ASIDE: Unrestricted, no expection of SB participation.
