Description
Solicitation to issue on or about January 22, 2008. Will be downloadable from FedBizOpps (will link to FedTeDS) after it issues. NAICS CODES: 541690 and 611310. DESCRIPTION: Contractor shall provide labor, materials, supplies, tran sportation, and equipment to coordinate and develop a comprehensive programmatic accessibility review of Stockton Lake Project, Missouri. Contractor shall also develop a Final Report which contains survey results and provides recommendations for structura l changes that can be used in the development of a transition plan. Deliverables required include assessment checklist, report outline, and final report. Meetings required include prework site visit; two day hands on training session to teach Corps staff survey techniques and requirements, and survey of facilities; and transition plan meeting. Services and deliverables to be completed by 30 September 2008. CCR: CCR registration is required. ORCA: ORCA registration is required. There is a new Federal Integrated Aquisition Environment (IAE) initiative called Online Representations and Certifications Application (ORCA). ORCA is a web-based system that centralizes and standardizes the collection, storage, and viewing of many of the repre sentations and certifications required by the Federal Aquisition Regulations and previously found in solicitations. According to the language in FAR case 2002-024, vendors are required to use ORCA beginning 1 January 2005. Detailed information can be fou nd in FAR Case, as well as by visiting the Help section of the the website at http://orca.bpn.gov. The help section includes ORCA background information, frequently asked questions (FAQ), the ORCA Handbook, and whom to call for assistance.
