Description

The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers is proposing to procure an Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Contract for Waste Disposal Services, to facilitate disposal of containerized substances incidental or unrelated to ongoing environmental proj ects. This is not for large-scale remediation services. The services to be performed under this contract encompass the Great Lakes and Ohio River Division Mission Boundaries. Contract performance will be for one year from date of award, with four one-ye ar options. Award of this Request for Quotation (RFQ) will be based on Best Value to the Government. Factors to be considered are: Technical Ability, Experience, Past Performance, and Price. This procurement is unrestricted. The North American Industr y Classification (NAICS) Code is 562211, with a size standard of $11,500,000.00. The estimated value is $500,000.00. The RFQ has an approximate issue date of 22 January 2008, and an approximate due date of 21 February 2008.
