Description: TACOM is proposing to modify its current RESET contract W56HZV-04-D-0069 with Caterpillar to extend the period of performance for six months from 19 February 2008 to 19 August 2008. Under the authority of FAR 6.302, Other Than Full and Open C ompetition, TACOM is also proposing to negotiate this six month extension and 2008 pricing with only one source, Caterpillar. All responsible sources may submit an offer which will be considered only for determination of competition. Note: 22.
