Description

The VA Western New York Healthcare System intends to award a contract on a sole-source basis to Ronco Communications, located at 595 Sheridan Drive, Tonawanda, NY 14150. This acquisition is for Rauland Responder IV equipment/Connexall software/installation and is being procured on a sole source basis under the statutory authority of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 6.302-1(2)(a). This equipment is to interface and function with existing Responder IV equipment. This notice of intent is NOT a request for competitive proposals. Parties may identify their interest and capabilities by submitting literature and documentation, detailing their experience providing equipment/software/installation specifically interfacing and functioning with Responder IV equipment/Connexall software. Please respond to the Contract Specialist via e-mail (Rosanne.Raczkowski@va.gov). A determination by the Government not to compete this procurement based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. All responses must be received by 12:00PM/EST, February 13, 2008.
