- : The United States Army TACOM Life Cycle Management Command (LCMC) Warren, will be issuing a sole source Letter Request for Proposal (RFP) to add an additional 160,000 hours to contract W56HZV-04-C-0745 with DCS Corporation. These ongoing techn ical services are to assist the Next Generation Software Technology Area and Vetronics Technology Area in their in service engineering and Science and Technology missions. These support services include engineering analysis, system requirement definition, system design, system fabrication, software development, system integration, system maintenance, conducting experiments, software process engineering, lifecycle software engineering, system enhancement, program management and programmatic and administrati ve support. Each task will be Work Directive driven. This will result in a Cost Plus Fixed Fee Level-of-Effort Modification to the current DCS Corporation contract (W56HZV-04-C-0745). The period of performance will remain the same as 17 Sep 09. Contractors will be required to submit their response in the following electronic medium: via em ail to janet.joudas@us.army.mil . The subject line of the email submissions must read Offer-W56HZV-08-R-0079 Closes 14 Mar 08 . Maximum size of email offers shall not exceed 3.5 megabytes. Compressed files must be self-extracting and have appropriate i nstructions to open. Hard copy responses will not be accepted. Please make sure this agency has been furnished with the following additional information: CAGE, Company Name, DUNS Number and the email address where you would like the notice sent. The est imated release date of the letter RFP W56HZV-08-R-0079 is 13 Feb 08 and the estimate closing date for Receipt of Proposals is 14 Mar 08. Numbered note 22 applies.
