THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT ONLY. This is not a solici tation announcement. No contract will be awarded from this announcement. No reimbursement will be made for any costs associated with providing information in response to this announcement. The United States Army Corps of Engineers, Kansas City District, is currently seeking potential contractors who can perform all of the scope of work requirements listed below. The government will use responses to this sources sought synopsis to make appropriate acquisition decisions. The scope of work requirements fa ll under the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 541611. Interested contractors must demonstrate their qualification statement that they are qualified to perform the SOW under this NAICS code. U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Kansas City District, requires a management system for Project Management and Support of Programs. Long-Term Project Managem ent Support for Implementation, Maintenance, and Support of the Corps of Engineers Programs/Project Management Automated Information System (P2), General Project Management Services, and Process Development. Support will include such tasks as creating/ma intaining project schedules and budgets in P2, Quality Assurance/Quality Control of P2 project data, resource plans, reports (P2 and other programs), business process development for developing and maintaining P2 schedules and project data, and develop/pro vide formal and informal P2/PM/Process training. Contractor and contractor personnel must demonstrate specific Corps experience using the P2, CEFMS, and RMS systems and other related system interfaces. Experience requirements vary by position (examples: Lead P2/Project Schedule/Project Controller-min 3 years of high level experience performing all P2/PM tasks within a Corps of Engineers District Office, Senior P2minimum 2 years Corps experience, Intermediate P2minimum 1 year Corps experience, Lead Proc ess Analyst- min 4 years process development experience, Green Belt (Six Sigma), and ISO 9000 experience). Training will not be provided to the selected contractor.
