Description

This is a Request for Information (RFI) for public key infrastructure (PKI) validation authority IT equipment. The Department of the Interior, National Business Center, Acquisition Services Directorate, Herndon, is requesting information IAW FAR in order to obtain price and delivery on the following: (1) Validation Authority 4640 Appliance Hardware, 4GB, 1U per Device-EVA-LA-E-999999-46-X-(58 each) and (2) Platinum Maintenance-Validation Authority Repeater 4640-EVA-MA-E-999999-46-P (58 each). This acquisition is under North American Industry Classification System code 541519. This RFI is for information gathering and planning purposes only, and should not be construed as a Request for Proposal (RFP) or solicitation of an offer. The Government does not intend to award a contract on the basis of this RFI or otherwise pay for the information solicited. If funds become available this requirement will be re-issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ).
