Description
The Naval Air Warfare Center Weapons Division, China Lake, CA intends to issue a Firm Fixed Price contract under FAR Part 12 and 13.5 to Vicor Corporation of Andover, Massachusetts, on an other than full and open basis. This contract is to procure PFC Megapac Modular Power Supplies model number: MP8-78651, size: 12.3"x6.0"x3.4" and input voltage: 115/230 VAC (QTY 161) to be used in a Sidewinder Missile Guidance Control Section Test Set TS4044 B/D P/N 200318210. Vicor Corporation is being selected for this procurement because they are the only manufacturer that can meet the requirements for the test set. The provision FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors - Commercial Items (Jan 2006) applies to this acquisition and there is no addenda to the provision. FAR Clause 52.212-2 Evaluation - Commercial Items (Jan 1999) applies and contains important evaluation information. Evaluations shall be based on best value with technical capability and price as the evaluation factors. Offeror must include a completed copy of the provisions at FAR 52.212-3 (Alt I), Offeror Representations and Certifications - Commercial Items (Mar 2005) and DFARS 252.212-7000 Offeror Representations and Certifications - Commercial Items (Jun 2005) with their proposal. Time of Delivery shall be in accordance with the offeror's proposed best delivery schedule and be delivered within 90 days after the order has been placed.
