Description
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The combined synopsis/ solicitation number is W81C5M-7352-S251. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 05-23. The Government contemplates award of as a Firm -Fixed Price contract. Description of Requirements: Line item is brand name or equivalent CLIN0001 The contractor shall price out and provide Weekly and Monthly Rental Upon Request on various Heavy, Medium and Light Construction Equipment as follows: 9K EXTEND-A-BOOM FORKLIFTS 200CLC MANLIFT ARTICULATED WHEELED LOADERS-3YRD. 4IN1 BUCKETS DAEWOO 8000LBS FORKLIFTS 4X4 EXTEND-A-BOOM CLOSEDCAB BACKHOE ATICULATED BOOM-LIF T 60-64FT TRACKED EXCAVATORS 42K-48KLBS SOIL SCREENER The contractor shall price out and provide Rental of the following: ROLLER COMPACTORS OF VARIOUS SIZES, CRAWLER DOZERS, CRAWLER LOADERS, SKID STEER LOADERS WHEELED AND TRACKED, TRENC HERS, CONCRETE BUCKETS, PERSONNEL LIFTS OF VARIOUS SIZES AND TYPES. The contractor shall price out ANY MID-SIZE EARTH MOVING EQIUPMENT AND ENVIROMENTAL RECOVERY FEES AND COST OF DAMAGE REPAIRS BY END USER. The contractor shall price out FI RST TIME DELIVERY AND PICKUP FEES ON RENTALS. FOB Destination, Aberdeen Proving Ground, 21005. The following provisions and clauses will be incorporated by reference: 52.209-6 Protecting the Governments Interest when Subcontracting with C ontractors Debarred, Suspended or Proposed for Debarment 52.211-6 Brand name or Equal 52.212-1 Instruction to Offerors Commercial Items 52.212-2, Evaluation Commercial Items The contract will be awarded to the Lowest Price Technically Acceptabl e e LPTA. The technical evaluation will be a determination based on information furnished by the vendor. The Government is not responsible for locating or securing any information which is not identified in the offer. The Government reserves the right to m ake an award without discussions. The Government reserves the right to award on all or none basis. 52.212-3, Offerors Representations and Certifications Commercial Items An offeror shall complete only paragraph (k) of this provision if the offeror h as completed the annual representations and certifications electronically at http://orca.bpn.gov. Provision ACAAI 5152.233-9000, Army Contracting Agency Ex ecutive Level Agency Protest Program is applicable.
