BELOW IS THE INFORMATION** Contractor: Integic Corporation (Northrop Grumman) POC: Elizabeth Robertson (NG) 703-272-5142 Contract: V797(049A3G)P-191/200-J66248 POP: 10/1/200 3 - 3/31/2008 (Base plus 3 option years) Value: $3,636,392.45 Issued By: Dept. of Veterans Affairs (ITAC) 1615 Woodward Street Austin, TX 78772 Julio Irizarry (512)326-6169 (Contracting Officer) QUESTIONS & ANSWERS <BR >1. What is the Security clearance requirement for the personnel/employees? There is a minimum of a SECRET security clearance. 2. How many current Fed Employees are currently assigned to this project? None 3. What is the pro jected transition phase start date/how much time is going to be allotted for transition? Thirty (30) days. 4. Will the company be required to track security clearances or will the government supply local FSO i.e. Facility Security Officer?< BR> The Government will prepare a DD Form 254. The contractor will be required to track security clearances and provide the Government with verification. 5. Is continuity or local training going to be supplied by the government for local proced ures and policies on the project in general? Yes, this will be accomplished during the transition period. 6. Is the building currently being used a secure area that may in fact process any classified information? No 7. Are the e mployees going to fall under the Service Contract Act? Yes, The SCA will apply to this contract. 8. Are the employees going to be required to have access to a DOD Installation? If so, will government furnish ID setup phase and provide any r estrictions or stipulations? On occasion they may be required to access a DoD Installation. The Government will furnish necessary identification. 9. If the SDVOSB is a new business, will it be permitted to use a sub contractor and will the s ub contractors past performance be counted? If the SDVOSB wishes to perform subcontracting, they may do so, however keep in mind that there are limitations to subcontracting. The subcontractors past performance is not normally evaluated. 10 . Have any of these positions being classed as an IAT/IAM category in accordance with DoD 8570. If so, what are the assigned categories for these positions? No they have not. 11. What is the help desk ticket count per week/month or year on average? The average is 75 per week. Some weeks lower and some higher. We have seen as low as 58 and as high as 113 in one week.
