Description

Work to be performed under these specifications includes furnishing and installing a 50' x 50 pre-engineered metal building at the Yellowtail Field Office warehouse yard. The work shall include site preparation (including excavation of foundation, foundation placement, and miscellaneous concrete work including interior slab concrete work, foundation wall extension and building erection. The project requirement is procured under the General Service Administration, Federal Supply Schedule 56 (Building and Building Materials/Commercial Industrial Services and Supply), Federal Supply Group 54 (Pre-Engineered/Pre-Fabricated Buildings), Federal Supply Class 5410 & 5430, GSA Awarded Special Item Numbers (SIN): 361-10 Pre-Engineered Buildings, 361-30 Ancillary Services, 361-32 Installation and Site Preparation Services. Proposals will be accepted from contractors holding a valid contract awarded by the General Service Administration for pre-engineered buildings as stated above. The procurement is a Request for Proposal, subject to technical evaluations; evaluation factors are: 1) Pre Engineered Building and Site Construction - a) Proposed Schedule, b) Proposed Site Plan, c) Pre-Engineered Building, d) Building Warranty. 2) Company Experience and Past Performance. 3) Key Personnel Experience. 4) Safety. The proposals are due on or around March 28, 2008. The solicitation is not available on the Internet. A paper-copy of the solicitation must be requested. Request for hard-copy must be faxed to Hart BlackEagle at 406-247-7798. The request must include the company Dun & Bradstreet Number and Taxpayer Identification number. There is no charge for the first copy; additional copies will be $9.00 each. The NAICS code is 332311, Small Business Size Standard 500 employees. The procurement is unrestricted.
