Description: This is to serve as official notice of the government's intent to award a sole source contract to Siemens Government Services, Inc. This Sole Source is in accordance with FAR 6.301 Other than full and Open Competition. There are currently warranty agreements in place with Siemens and they will not honor the OEM warrantieis if services are provided by antoher vendor. There is also information on the equipment which is proprietary to Siemens Government Services, Inc. Therefore no other vendor can provide the requested services
