- The Department of Veterans Affairs, VISN 15 intends to negotiate a commercial sole source contract with Philips Medical Systems. This notice of intent to negotiate on a sole source basis with Philips Medical Systems for labor, tools, parts, materials maintenance, calibration, and repairs for a Philips FD20 Angiographic Imaging System, its accessories, and associated equipment located at the Kansas City VA Medical Center, 4801 Linwood Blvd., Kansas City, Missouri 64128. This agreement will include a base year and four one-year options. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. No solicitation document is available. See FBO note 22.
