Qty. 14 each, 100% Option, Non-Govt. owned Tooling Required. This is a Critical application & is not commercial. ABVS applies; the final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance & other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. A copy of the solicitation will available via the DIBBS Website, https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/on the issue date cited in the RFP.
