- Description
- The purpose of this requirement is to obtain the necessary Government Owned, Contractor Operated - Alongside Aircraft Refueling and other related services. The contractor shall provide all necessary management, supervision, personnel, labor, materials, parts, general and specialized equipment to operate Alongside Aircraft Refueling and other related services at the MCAS Yuma, AZ. Contractor must be available 29 July 2008, to provide a 72 hour phase in period of 29 - 31 July 2008 to transfer duties and responsibilities by successful Contractor. The estimated performance period, including optional period begins August 1, 2008 through July 31, 2014. Services are currently being performed by a contractor. This procurement will be unrestricted. The solicitation will be published electronically on both the Fed Biz Opps website and the DESC-FP solicitation download website. http://www.desc.dla.mil/DCM/DCMPage.asp?pageid=45. Anticipate posting the solicitation in mid or end of November 2007. Questions should be emailed to the email addresses within this announcement.
