Small Business Set-Aside: Total Small Business
Description: The Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, transportation, tools, materials, parts and any other item not Government furnished to perform scheduled and unscheduled services, support and training for Government-owned Closed Circuit Televis ion (CCTV) Systems and Emergency Visual Response System (EVRS). Services will be performed at various locations on the Island of Oahu and the Island of Hawaii. The services shall be performed in accordance with the manufacturers' recommendations and co mm ercial practices. A Site Visit of the CCTV System is scheduled for WEDNESDAY, 19 MAR 2008 at 10:00 AM at BLDG 121 FORT SHAFTER. Offerors or their representatives are encouraged to attend. Coordination for the site visit shall be with MR. DAVID ISHIMOTO at (808) 438-8407 or david.ishimoto@us.army.mil. INTERESTED CONTRACTORS MUST CONTACT MR. ISHIMOTO NO LATER THAN 4:00 PM ON 18 MARCH 2008 WITH A LISTING OF PERSONNEL/VEHICLES. The Government cannot guarantee that technical personnel will be available at any other time. The issue date for this solicitation on 17 Mar 2008. Response date is 25 March 2008 at 4:00 PM HST. Period of performance is 29MAR08 through 28MAR09 with 4 pre-priced 12-month option periods.
