Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The U.S. Army Medical Research Acquisition Activity (USAMRAA) is seeking a BRAND NAME OR EQUAL TO the following: Vendor  Fluke Biomedical part number 199XRay; Quantity = 8. Essential ch aracteristics: ScopeMeter displays kVp forms and direct kVp values simultaeously on an easy to read screen, Full medical oscilloscope scope functionality with color display, Smart averaging capabilities, Extended vertical offset, and Extended video trigger ing. Items are to be shipped directly to Tracy, CA95304. This announcement constitutes solicitation number W81XWH-08-T-0141 by USAMRAA, Ft Detrick, MD as a Request for Quote (RFQ) and offers must be submitted in writing (oral offers will not be accepted) . The solicitation document and incorporated Provisions and Clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2001-22. All firms or individuals responding must be registered with the Central Contractor Registration (CCR). The SIC Cod e is 3829; the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 334519; the FSC 6625.
