Description: Construct a new 1200 square foot weather enclosure for the IDS Motor Pit Building 714 at Arnold Air Force Base, TN. The scope includes design and installation of a prefab metal building on an existing foundation and associated electrical work. The building consists of metal siding with a standing seam roof. All work shall be completed within 120 calendar days from notice to proceed. The estimated magnitude is between $100,000 and $250,000. A complete Invitation for Bid, including specifications, will be posted for download on this site in the near future. Hard copies of the solicitation will not be available and requests for such will be disregarded.
